Background
Jay Dhillon has grown businesses from start-up to success and helped many others do the same. With limited savings, he grew his first business to a multimillion pound turnover with 500 contract staff, winning major clients including Land Rover, Jaguar, Toyota and New Look. Along the journey Jay faced many challenges which he over came through the support of his mentors.
Due to the success from creating his business into an asset, in 2013 Jay was able to sell his business to a London based investment firm. Jay has gone onto further success since the sale, creating a strong business brand with his companies and helping others do the same. In 2013, Jay was approached to work with the Prince's Trust, one the UK largest business mentoring programmes. His support and guidance helped young entrepreneurs start and grow their own businesses. His achievements in helping businesses and the success they achiveved, were marked with a personal invitation to meet Prince Charles at Buckingham Palace.
Jay's first hand experience demonstrates that with the right mentoring and guidance, you can achieve success in business. His passion to help and guide others triggered the concept of The 'Business Mentor Podcast' sharing his knowledge and experiences and interviewing high-profile guests within his network. The podcast was a great hit and achieved #1 in the business charts on its launch on iTunes. It has been a great listen for entrepreneurs and business owners around the globe as it has subscribers in over 100 countries.
