From Startup to Multimillion Pound Exit
Jay Dhillon has grown businesses from ground zero to massive success and helped countless others do exactly the same. Starting with limited savings, he scaled his first enterprise to a multimillion pound turnover with 500 contract staff, winning major corporate clients including Land Rover, Jaguar, Toyota, and New Look. Along the journey, Jay faced the extreme challenges of scaling, which he overcame through sheer resilience and the support of mentors. Due to his success in turning the company into a highly profitable asset, Jay successfully sold the business to a London based investment firm in 2013.
Royal Recognition and National Impact
Following his exit, Jay shifted his focus to building strong new brands and giving back to the entrepreneurial community. He was approached to work with the Kings Trust, one of the UKs largest business mentoring programmes, where his direct guidance helped emerging founders start and grow their own businesses. His achievements in business and his dedication to youth enterprise were ultimately recognised with a personal invitation to meet King Charles at Buckingham Palace.

This passion for helping others triggered the original launch of the Business Mentor Podcast, which hit number one on the iTunes charts and gained subscribers in over 100 countries. Today, Jay has fully pivoted to digital innovation and A.I. As an active investor funding the next generation of tech and AI companies, he has evolved his global platform into the Future of Business Podcast.
